Children and youth
Children and youth group retreats: First Communion, Profession of Faith, Confirmation.
The retreat program can be prepared with a Sister, and, should you wish so, request for a Sister or a priest’s intervention can be made (except Mondays) for the following:
- Presentation of the history and mission of the Basilica.
- Introduction to Adoration and time of adoration (30 to 45 minutes in all): between 9am and 11am in the morning, between 2.30pm and 6pm in the afternoon, between 5pm and 6pm on Fridays, and 2.30pm and 4pm on Sundays.
- Discussion on a particular topic or to answer question from the group: in the morning, or in the afternoon after 2.30pm.
- Catechetical journey in the basilica or around, adapted to the different ages.
For families and children
Families are welcome in the basilica by the Sisters and volunteers on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
Once a year, the Rise of Families is a very special day during which each family devotes itself to Jesus’ Heart. Do not forget to register for 2024!

For all: participate in the unique, unforgettable adoration night.
In the middle of the night, in silence and in intimacy with the Lord, the adoration night is a unique experience, likely to deeply move adults, children and young people’s hearts.
Find out how to register if you would like to come especially for an adoration night: reception between 6.30pm and 9pm, check out the next morning.

- Participation in the introduction to the adoration night at 9pm (for 30 minutes), except Mondays,
- Participation in Complins, the last prayer at 9.30pm (for 15 minutes), except Mondays,
- Participation in the 10pm Mass or the 7am Mass the next morning.
